Pretty right translation to this song! And, must to say, their perfomance have sense! Their clothes, disks, green "coat" on main singer(she is literally the Spring), the Sun on the back, running people(because Spring wakes up, it means movement, life, love). About hemp plants - people did the clothes from hemps, and people always sow the hemps at the start of spring. It says so much about traditions, history of Ukrainian people. And that's why I love this song!
