There’s another guy on here that does sports medicine that puts his patients in extreme pain adjusting stuff but pain is gain on his channel
I have an inversion table and what I will do is to lean back at the normal 70 degree mark, wrap a towel around my neck, and gently pull. Sometimes I will get a nice adjustment in my lower back, mid back, or neck. I gently stretch out my neck, I don't pull like Doc Johnson.

I went to the Y-Strap guy and it’s very made for TV, he is like has no medical education at all, just does the select few maneuvers and has no advice and no bone/spine structure knowledge to offer, don’t even suggest x-rays or follow-ups

Doc, I live in south eastern Wisconsin. The most southern most eastern part to be exact. I’ve been seeing chiropractors for 30 years and no one ever does anything but a spinal adjustment. Would you happen to know anyone in my area that I can try who will give a full body adjustment?

@@pauliecopez2683 why would most humans get the same adjustment when there could be a hundred different ailments they are in there for? One person may have a neck issue, another a lower back issue, another a headache issue. There’s no focused care here at all. This little routine doesn’t just magically cure everything head to toe. I hope if you ever have a brain issue, the surgeon doesn’t just do the same operation he did on the last person because you are both humans. Wait, maybe he did? That might explain posting things you don’t think through very well.
@@chiane1968 Well he does go from head to toe so in that list he's got you covered. He is popular and people are happy with his adjustments. That in itself proves it must work to some extent. Proof is in the pudding as they say. I have a bad neck and get regular chiropractic care. But I would be upset if he just popped my neck and skipped my back. Even though I don't have back problems. It still feels good and helps you. I don't see what's so hard to understand 😊
@@pauliecopez2683 if your chiropractor spends the same amount of time on your lower back as your neck, you may need a new doctor. One could spend most the session just breaking through scare tissue, etc. on just one focused problem area. Just ‘cracking everything’ isn’t really what most good practitioners do.
