I never get tired of listening to this version. It's played with gravity, and skill. J.S. Bach himself would be proud!

Powerful, poised and deep, very deep and thick instrumental and vocal mixes. Amazing performance and brilliant conductor, instrumentalists and vocalists

Certainly a strong, measured performance of what is truly a magnificent work. Probably even better than any performance in Bach's day.
