    The concept of a succinct recap video like this is great. Having the Roman Numerals at the top left of the screen is especially helpful,. It allows to Pause the video and comprehend. Also, I found I was pausing the video before the Roman numeral examples were shown on-screen so as I could figure things for myself and then as the video played out can confirm if I was correct or not.
    I find having a 12 note scale chart in front of me is always helpful.

    Why do you choose to finger the strings separately as opposed to barring the 8th fret on the C7? Is it just a matter of preference or is there a benefit to fingering them separately when possible? Thanks for the video

      Jazz voicings are usually done using 4 voicings. Bar chords double up some of the notes and that's not traditionally done in jazz. It's just how the style has evolved
