This album grows, please do give it more listens, before you say is not that good, , when i first listened to all, i wasnt sure, now i listened to whole album over 20 times, and think, ohh man, Metallica did it again, this album beats everything back to black album at least.. well done METALLICA!!

This is a album you should listen to several times, as it will grow on you. I like it much better now, then at first listens, I tryed to rate the songs from the album, even its hard, my mood of the day could make a slightly diffrent list, but i think it looks decent, i listened to all songs at least 20 times each. 1. Lux æterna 9/10 2. Shadows follow 9/10 3. If darkness had a son 9/10 4. Chasing light 9/10 5. 72 seasons 9/10 6. Room of mirrors 9/10 7. Inamotata 8/10 8. To far gone? 8/10 9. Screaming suicide 7/10 10.Crown of barbed wire 7/10 11.You must burn 7/10 12.Sleepwalk my life away 6/10 Those rankings on songs gives a album rank 8,08/10 I do think a balad would have suited this album, but its not making the album weak that it isnt there, you kind of get to accept the sound of the songs, , and epreciate them as they are, after some listens..
I don't think you would get the same reaction if James recognized you on stage as you did when Miku did when we went to go see Band Maid last year in Dallas. :) And hell yeah...this some is my FAVORITE for an absolutely catchy riff!!! So far, the only songs I just don't care for, for some reason, are Crown of Barbed Wire and Room of Mirrors. The best songs....72 Seasons, Shadows Follow, Sleepwalk, Chasing Light, Too Far Gone, and the absolutely epic Inamorata!
I’m going to try and listen to it through and hopefully a few times to let it set in. But the problem is I’m too busy listening to Overkill Scorched to switch it out. Haha

Despite of the fact the release 2 good songs for album since then, except for 2 albums they got ZERO good songs in it. Their first 4 albums are AWESOME thou.

My only problem with the new Metallica album is my stereo can't play it any louder.
