I am a new Diamond Painter and I listen to the pro’s like you, and if customer service apologized and sent you new stuff right off that would go a long way for me. Making you the bad guy and sending you drills as an after thought is not an apology. I have lots of crafter cash to spend and I will spend it where they treat their customers right. I appreciate your honest reviews and ratings it will make my crafting happier.
I will be if Nothing else is honest. I hate seeing these companies take advantage of people and ppl just deal with it. It time to let ppl know about these companies that only care about getting your money.

Hello Mrs. Crochet and coffee! I just found your channel and subscribed. This is my first video to watch! I made the decision a long time ago not to buy from Houcan and Diamond Art club. Houcan because of their quality and Diamond Art Club because they are so expensive. I'm disabled and on a very tight budget, I can't afford to buy trash or for overpriced paintings. At this point, I'm stuck buying Leisure Arts and Amazon. So far I haven't had any issues with either one. I'm working on my third painting and I love it, but if I was having as many problems as You or others, I'd probably give it up. So far I love diamond painting. I'm so loving your realism on your videos. Thank You for being you.

I recently had that problem too. I had one particular color that had a lot of the drills that were concave and sent pictures, got the same response, I then ended up counting them had over 3,000 bad out of the 4,800 that I needed for the painting. She then sent me new drills for that color. Been almost a month, still waiting for them to arrive (do have tracking number). I agree that it is extremely frustrating!!

I totally agree with you. As long as people don't speak up and voice their concerns about the crappy DP coming from China, the companies will never put out better products. Some people just are so passive about the crappy DP they get, "Because the DP are so cheap and I can just fix it and oh, I don't want to complain " which, isn't the issue at all! Your analogy of buying a car is spot on! I complained to two companies on Ali Express a few months ago and both companies told me just to go ahead and give them bad reviews instead of them correcting the diamond issues and I did! So, clearly they don't care about customer service or their reputation. I hope you get your issues resolved.

just Dea That's what happened to me when I told a company about the glue layout on the canvas and popping drills (I order from a lot but I can't remember which one). They said that they didn't care after I refused to continue to work on it. I said if I had a popular you tube page you would but they said they checked and didn't see anything on me. I said if I did they wouldn't know about it. So I told them that I was going to dispute it (which usually scares some to do the right thing.) No not them. Long story short, I disputed and got all my money back from that whole order (3 large kits) from Aliexpress. oh yeah, I did send a lot of pictures of the canvas, the glue layout, and drills.

I wasn't as lucky since I was new at ordering from Ali Express and not familiar with their dispute policy and the company kept telling me to finish the DP and everything would be okay with the popping diamonds in the end....so basically stalling. I kept worked on both of the large DP kits and it got so bad I couldn't finish the DP and ended up being too late to file a dispute and lost $90. I had a similar experience with Newfrog and lost $56. So, lesson learned and now only order from Amazon Prime (in-stock) since they will refund if there are issues with the DP. Just say NO to China stores...LOL
I understand your issues. I ordered a Huacan custom and it did the same thing so I ended up reordering my custom through Ever Moment. I also had a couple other customs I did for a couple of friends that I ordered through Huacan at the same time that had the same issues but I just pushed through, finished sealed and framed them but it was a struggle.
That's what I am saying, if your paying all this money you shouldn't have to worry about, waiting to get it, working it up then having to reordering because the canvas is just soo irritating to work ok.. that's atleast 2 months of working missed out on because of their issue's. I'm sorry you had to deal with this.

That's just the first one. I promised gone off my meds 1/2 the proceeds from my pen sales. Then when I realized Gwenny put up her paypal on her video with my half of the proceeds from the pens I will be giving 1/2 of it to Gwenny.

I know what you mean about huacan. I have had nothing but issues with them. Luckily I got a refund for my first one and I think I am going to have to request one for my second one as well and see how that goes. I look forward to the WIP and chat with Mr. Coffee! I am glad to hear Maggie is feeling better, but sad to hear her medication makes her sleepy and she is struggling with that. I know how hard that can be and for a 6-year-old even more so I am sure. Oh, I saw that video about the TYer that commented about the favoritism. I felt the same way you did. It's so frustrating when people come into your own page and post links etc. to their page/channel isn't it? Ugh! I won't put myself on the schedule because I never know if I will be well enough to run one, but I do make sure if I feel like running one that no one else is scheduled. Common sense people! I have had issues with the Miadou ones as well! So weird. I just want to say thank you again for that donation. I'm in the polar fortex to Missouri it was -5 windchill was -25 Chicago was -22 an there windchill was -55 something like that it was darn cold out there. I was going to say why doesn't he buy another table like the one you have. lol
i just subscribed to your channel, i want to say thank you for being honest, i had problems with huacan, i spoke up few times on fb groups and was made to feel like it was all my problem with the drills popping, some ppl defended them and made me feel really bad, after 5 months, i got replacement drills for 6 of my 8 paintings, which turned out to be worst than the one's that came with the paintings. after then i got a nearly full refund going via aliexpress. so i haven't ordered off them since, as there are still bad drills around.
Well Welcome! 👋🏾 Yes the drill quality was the worse i have ever seen. It almost looked like the drills were peeling off plastic, it was bad 🤦🏾♀️ Hoping they actually sent me out new drills and not just telling me that to shut me. I've heard they have done that to other ppl before too.

I agree with everything you said regarding popping drills. I know the problem is that you have to put in hours of work before the problem is evident. Heart breaking. But let me add one thing, Huacan is not the only store with popping drills. My Jesus painting from Zhuistar and my Christmas unicorn from Total view store were poppers too. TotalView Were total a$$holes when I told them, telling me that I was just not placing the diamonds properly. Then they blocked me Of course past the time of protection. Well anyway I am doing rounds only but was really hoping Cherry was not misleading us about fixing the square drill problem. Thank you for your feedback. I take it very much to heart. Square drills are a crap shoot. Pure and simple and I cannot afford Ever moment or cannot justify it when rounds will do. Thanks again for sharing. Appreciate it. Sorry it happened to you again.
You'd really think Huacan would have gotten rid of all of the bad drills and started fresh, especially with all the negative feedback they got. To me, I don't care what color box a DAC comes in, I'd just be excited that it's a DAC painting, lol. I keep missing people's lives because of the timezone differences. But I do love catching up on them afterwards. I'll have to check out the schedule and see if there's a time I could try a live. Would be fun. I usually just stream on Twitch. Never tried it on youtube.

I had that same problem with huacan sent then pictures and basically they could of gave 2 shits excuse my French because I bought this beautiful owl that I wanted to do so we were going back and forth do they were going to give me half of my money back say what!!!! Hell no for your shitty drills so I opened a dispute revived all my money back but huacan did not care so I ordered the same owl from a different supplier they have it on Ever Moment but I can’t afford their prices lol

I have found tons of humor, but only because you sound like a parrot to me! I have a “Maggie” but she is 30 and it’s a Samantha, my brain as tons of tracks with trains running in all directions. My shrink is amazed that I know it and can’t stop them all from running, but he said at least you are good hearted. My husband says I talk so much I talk in my sleep and God forbid we go out, I talk to anyone!
BTW...I disagree with you about the possibility of getting a problem resolved with a DP if you have social media page/channel. Especially if you have a large following! Just like you said ... you told the Hucan customer service rep that you will inform your subscribers of the Hucan DP issues. Someone that does have a social media page/channel can't say this to the rep. So, I think this is taken into consideration if the company cares about their reputation. Wow! I am sorry to hear that you are having a bad day and I hope your day gets better... God bless :-)
True when i purchased my kit i told them i was showing my Subscribers that they have been working on the issue and they have been. BUT AND that's a HUGE BUT you are correct i told them i would tell everyone that their still having issues because they tell you everything is fine amd then you get round drills for a square canvas or square drills that you can't work with. I have known a few other people who arent in the "social Media spectrum " like me that have also had their drills replaced. They already knew i would tell my Subscribers because unlike with other companies they already knew i was a youtuber before i placed my order. No one should have to deal with the crap they are pulling and where not everyone can say i will tell my Subscribers they should still fight for quality and not settle with subpar quality. They don't know how big i am. They cant check because from what i have been told they don't have RUclips in china all they know is i told everyone of my experience to warn them that they ade still battling this issue but not everything is as they tell you when they say yes we fixed our canvases and drills.
Yes, I agree. I am glad that people with a social media outlet do tell these companies when they have you tube channels. I think it helps everyone out. Because some people aren't interested in being engaged with all of the social media. Some of these DP stores from China are just crooks in my opinion. WE need more US stores!!! Thanks for response. Just wanted to share that I had a really bad experience with Zui Star and when approaching them they weren't interested I told them if they did not replace my canvass or give me my money back ...... I belonged to many FB diamond painting groups with large followings and I would share with them Zui Stars unhelpful refusal to rectify my problem showing on the FB group walls the messages and pics of comunications with them, also reccomendation will be not to buy with them....... They replaced my canvass with no apologies 😣but I got my replacement. So even with no channel you can try useing the FB groups as a threat to get things resolved as I did......Hope this might help in the future.... Miss Coffee if you wish you can share this if you feel it would help others if conversation comes up 😘

I agree! Honest reviews are so important! It really helps me decide where to spend my limited crafting budget but still get good quality

i just subscribed to your channel, i want to say thank you for being honest, i had problems with huacan, i spoke up few times on fb groups and was made to feel like it was all my problem with the drills popping, some ppl defended them and made me feel really bad, after 5 months, i got replacement drills for 6 of my 8 paintings, which turned out to be worst than the one's that came with the paintings. after then i got a nearly full refund going via aliexpress. so i haven't ordered off them since, as there are still bad drills around.
Well Welcome! 👋🏾 Yes the drill quality was the worse i have ever seen. It almost looked like the drills were peeling off plastic, it was bad 🤦🏾♀️ Hoping they actually sent me out new drills and not just telling me that to shut me. I've heard they have done that to other ppl before too.

I agree with everything you said regarding popping drills. I know the problem is that you have to put in hours of work before the problem is evident. Heart breaking. But let me add one thing, Huacan is not the only store with popping drills. My Jesus painting from Zhuistar and my Christmas unicorn from Total view store were poppers too. TotalView Were total
a$$holes when I told them, telling me that I was just not placing the diamonds properly. Then they blocked me Of course past the time of protection. Well anyway I am doing rounds only but was really hoping Cherry was not misleading us about fixing the square drill problem. Thank you for your feedback. I take it very much to heart. Square drills are a crap shoot. Pure and simple and I cannot afford Ever moment or cannot justify it when rounds will do. Thanks again for sharing. Appreciate it. Sorry it happened to you again.

You'd really think Huacan would have gotten rid of all of the bad drills and started fresh, especially with all the negative feedback they got.
To me, I don't care what color box a DAC comes in, I'd just be excited that it's a DAC painting, lol.
I keep missing people's lives because of the timezone differences. But I do love catching up on them afterwards. I'll have to check out the schedule and see if there's a time I could try a live. Would be fun. I usually just stream on Twitch. Never tried it on youtube.

I had one to review but it was bad rivers crooked and issues from get go said canvas was bad they got upset with me I said it was so wrinkled that even lightly iron it canvas was still crooked and picture had wripples in it won’t be straight .. it’s trash I sent photos

I had that same problem with huacan sent then pictures and basically they could of gave 2 shits excuse my French because I bought this beautiful owl that I wanted to do so we were going back and forth do they were going to give me half of my money back say what!!!! Hell no for your shitty drills so I opened a dispute revived all my money back but huacan did not care so I ordered the same owl from a different supplier they have it on Ever Moment but I can’t afford their prices lol

BTW...I disagree with you about the possibility of getting a problem resolved with a DP if you have social media page/channel. Especially if you have a large following! Just like you said ... you told the Hucan customer service rep that you will inform your subscribers of the Hucan DP issues. Someone that does have a social media page/channel can't say this to the rep. So, I think this is taken into consideration if the company cares about their reputation. Wow! I am sorry to hear that you are having a bad day and I hope your day gets better... God bless :-)
True when i purchased my kit i told them i was showing my Subscribers that they have been working on the issue and they have been. BUT AND that's a HUGE BUT you are correct i told them i would tell everyone that their still having issues because they tell you everything is fine amd then you get round drills for a square canvas or square drills that you can't work with. I have known a few other people who arent in the "social Media spectrum " like me that have also had their drills replaced. They already knew i would tell my Subscribers because unlike with other companies they already knew i was a youtuber before i placed my order. No one should have to deal with the crap they are pulling and where not everyone can say i will tell my Subscribers they should still fight for quality and not settle with subpar quality. They don't know how big i am. They cant check because from what i have been told they don't have RUclips in china all they know is i told everyone of my experience to warn them that they ade still battling this issue but not everything is as they tell you when they say yes we fixed our canvases and drills.
Yes, I agree. I am glad that people with a social media outlet do tell these companies when they have you tube channels. I think it helps everyone out. Because some people aren't interested in being engaged with all of the social media. Some of these DP stores from China are just crooks in my opinion. WE need more US stores!!! Thanks for response. Just wanted to share that I had a really bad experience with Zui Star and when approaching them they weren't interested I told them if they did not replace my canvass or give me my money back ...... I belonged to many FB diamond painting groups with large followings and I would share with them Zui Stars unhelpful refusal to rectify my problem showing on the FB group walls the messages and pics of comunications with them, also reccomendation will be not to buy with them.......
They replaced my canvass with no apologies 😣but I got my replacement. So even with no channel you can try useing the FB groups as a threat to get things resolved as I did......Hope this might help in the future....
