I personally use the SEAC driver, it’s a great watch under $300, and is perfect for my applications (cold water, 10-20 meters) and I will highly recommend it!
Hi. I am thinking about buying the Seac driver. Can you tell me if tha strap is long enough for a 7mm suit and 5 mm glove? I dive in Denmark where the water can be could ❄️🙂
HI guys, thanks for the informations...a question I will use it for apnea but would like to use it also for my swim, where can I find the gps accuracy tests using it for open water swiming? you know, the line of your track...coz I have had some accurate gps track watches but others was really inaccurate in the surface tracks line giving me more of a zig zag line resulting in more meters
Hey guys . So I got the Suunto D4I a while back .. I have a question .. black with the silver trim . You guys ever worn it around barracuda ? I know not to wear shiny stuff in the water so you think this is enough flash to be a problem , or a non issue ? Thanks ..
Hi guys thanks for the video. Do you guys know if there is anyway to track distance when training in Pool with the Mk2s. DNY, DNF, etc. I can’t find any info on that. Thanks a lot.
The watch actually dropped in price about $200 last week. A lot of rumors the Descent Mk2 may be coming out sometime this year. Potential bigger screen and tank integration for scuba. Has anyone heard of any updates on that?
Awsome vid. Just took delivery of the Garmin MK1. Happy to say it has 10-20x more capability then I will ever need. As a triathlete/MTBer/swimmer and someone whose always wanted a smart “smart” watch for meetings etc, I’m exited to see what this watch can do in the upcoming summer and outdoor season. Thanks again for the review
I have been using a garmin fenix 5x with a freedive app for a while now. It works fine and has an acceptable refresh rate. I will probably upgrade to a descent mk2 when it drops though.
@@TheHawaiian78 apnea cwt is the one I use. It's a third part app so you won't find it on the garmin store. Just google apnea cwt and you should find it.
The video is titled "Best Freediving watches" and you only look at three of them. Also, MK1 is a very nice watch with tons of functions, with that however, it's definitely not the most popular - been diving for many years, and I've only seen a few in recent years. Your video is ok, although the title is misleading quite a bit.
do not buy it!! i go one, it broke after a short time, i send it for repair since 4 month and no answer, can not reach them by phone no E-Mail. just try to call on the main Phone number in the webseit and see for your self if soeone answer....
Un reloj jamás te podrá entrenar, Se puede bucear sin computadora y así estarás concentrado en lo que haces... pero si solo eres un deportista o deseas recreación, si debería usar estos relojes para buceo apnea pesca etc
Oceanic F10 is a castrated version of Aeris Manta/Oceanic Geo 2 with the scuba functions removed. And an additional cost slapped on (why??????????). What a joke!
Great video and great info! Thanks!
