You could have got one of the cargo containers home with the lift on the front of your rover. A simple hinge with a landing gear on it can be handy for a quick grab and go also.
I think I got really lucky, barely seen another crane, let alone another assembler. That said, not really that useful for much, motors is probably the only thing of value it can produce and I have no nickel to speak of.

EP08 get eyes in the sky, EP09 a new rover which rather than a second hand throw together, is a custom build and proving very versatile.

Basic assembler must be rare. I've been playing for a while and still haven't found one. A good source of parachute blocks is unknown signals.

Solar panel in small grid can be attached to truck or trailer.
Haven't quite got around to that yet, it's something I need to do because the starter rover is basically parked up - for reasons.
