Hello! I just hydrochloric acid that reacts with calcium carbonate in the soil creating carbon dioxide that makes the bubbly effect. Acetic acid, which is vinegar, has the same effect, but not so dramatic
Aquí en España las plantaciones las hemos hecho tradicionalmente en terrenos calizos (con carbonato cálcico) ya que este mineral es imprescindible para la fructificación y desarrollo del hongo. Se puede hacer la plantación también en terrenos que no tienen y añadirlo. Eso es lo que se está haciendo en Chile, Australia, Sudáfrica, Nueva Zelanda... pero aquí preferimos en general buscar otro terreno si no hay carbonatos y, para comprobarlo, hacemos esta prueba. Luego ya si tenemos claro que vale la pena, hacemos un análisis completo en un laboratorio especializado, claro. No somos tan cutres, je je jeee. Esto es una primera aproximación.

¿Por qué es importante hacer la prueba de carbonato en caso de que se quiera hacer una construcción?
