@@Durwood71 Well I'm more on the side a bad performance or surely not his best vocal of performing Bad and sorta sound like he forgot lyrics as he ages forward.
@@Durwood71 Vocal processing (delays, compression, reverb, tuning, etc.) are a real thing. What you "hear" - even live - isn't what's actually coming out of his/their mouths. RUclips "The Edge IEM" and you'll hear some pretty bad singing.
For those of us playing along in guitar, it sounds about half a step off. So you would tune down your low E to a D#, it sounds great
