Thanks sir I'm from East Africa Tanzania
Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
That's a great video, but I think different shades in the image are due to interference between diffracted (from specimen) and undiffracted light from source, not due to speed difference (which I think is constant).
Thank you so much sir
You're welcome
Thank you my friend! That was really helpful!
I find that there are some differences between this video and your old video about phase contrast microscopy. Probably you should revise the old video and see if it's still valid.

Sir, here objective lens allow both S wave and D wave?? Because in dark field microscope objective allow only D wave. Annular ring is common for dark and phase microscope??
Thanks sr❤

I want to buy a phase contrast microscope for fish egg analysis.. Can u suggest me best company for that.. Please sir
Sir which light either D ligjt or S light forms bright colour?
Nice Sir😊

I suppose in phase plate the difference is in optical density?
Please confirm
amazing explanation. thnkyou sir for making such useful content. Sir can you please let me understand that if phase plate slits do not allow light to pass, then how can diffracted light pass through even slowly? It must not even allowed to enter...kindly please help with this. thankyou.
Tq sir.....
You're welcome
So are the refracted waves part of S waves?
Clarity and sharp explanation. Thank you. I have one doubt sir. Are Objective lens forming any image or ocular only form final image?
Both
@@shomusbiologyofficial Thank you sir
Thnku 😅

Use of annular ring in this microscope ???
Love u from North East

is the surrounding wave not similar to a non-diffracted wave?
No more doubt left.
