I always had the feeling that Niko has a lot of influence and impact on mONESY and sees him as a little brother and supports him the most. It's nice to see that mONESY appreciate it and I really hope that them win a major together.
Niko is a great leader in addition to being the goat. Monesy has a great head on his shoulders; wise beyond his years.
35:18 I forget that m0nesy is only 19 yet he's thinking so mature for the health/progression of the game
Really shows how much he's matured since his debut, it only makes me wonder how much better he will get maybe 5-8 years down the line.
I can see him being one of the best igls if he ever makes it to that point of having his own team around him with his maturity, clarity and being a big brain.
Also props to Zywoo for being confident enough to speak out openly, he too has come a long way from a shy player.

interesting thing i noticed is that Zywoo is moves around alot when talking, ie. with his hands, body, etc. But he plays stationary in game. Monesy on the other hand is very stationary when he talks but the complete opposite in game. lol.

Hearing how monesy thinks first in the others before him, in every explanation when they think on winning for justin and stew, later saying that he prefer go first in rush because dont wanna look the mates die ( yes u can say, well he never have options with hooxie,nexa and hunter on those days). but even in how thinks to help improve the game instead of complaining and throw bad comments, show how strong and incredible mentality he has.

22:18 it's the same feeling as an English player in competitive and prime - I'm constantly trying to learn and remember callouts in other languages, or a universal way to articulate them in broken english so that they can be understood by non-english speakers. I think I know more Russian than anything else but I still find myself stumbling on words or stuttering searching for the right words.
Probably the reason people playing mm start with "hi" in the mics then Go absolutely silent during the game)
I remember playing a game on nuke as ct, the enemy pushed ramp. They killed me and i called out ramp, nobody reacted. Then I rolled the r in ramp and said it more like a generic euro accent and instantly my entire team reacted, lol. So similar to your situation, sometimes you just need to be understandable to your teammates even if their english isn't very good
@@edgelord6960 it's funny isn't it? Some Russian callouts like Palace on Mirage and Tunnels on Dust are nearly identical to English. Pah-lass and and Tuhn-ell-ye. Yet no reaction unless I say it correctly 😂 mind you I've been on a team full of Russians on Mirage, perfectly pronounced och-kno (window) and no reaction. I'm like "why do I bother, it took me so long to learn these words" 😂

it's more about having an hour conversation in english, you can tell at multiple points they try to explain something but don't find the words, so they just use a synonym but it doesn't really match exactly what they want to say.

Yea hopefully he gets better but with his previous lineup maybe he thought he had too or his teammates would just die anyway and it’d be too late. Hopefully this lineup will be better
@@tonyhounshell8714 That's not how you play tactical CS, and there has been plenty of examples where he really put himself out of position for no reason other then uncalculated over-aggression.
