Ahh loved this video!! We all need a self care day from time to time, but I also struggle soooo hard with having nothing to do. I loved your idea to sit and listen to music for 15 minutes without checking your phone. It seems so easy but I know I would have a hard time with it, too, which is precisely why I need to try it 😂 could be a fun challenge to keep extending the time every week or so. Great vlog, Julia!
It was SUCH A STRUGGLE to just doing nothing but it was definitely very therapeutic 😌 it was nice to be a bit more mindful & intentional though so lmk if you give it a try!!

Julia, for the hair loss problem I recommend the Kérastase extensionist serum. Got it recommended by a hairdresser, and I used it the night before hair wash. It helped my hair grow stronger. But to avoid the hair loss itself I wore an “energizing” shampoo by Vichy. I don’t believe the shampoo is available in USA stores, but I highly recommend it if you can find it. I went from losing clumps of hair to only a few rogue strands.
