what is the main cause if this problem occurred every few months even the motion card and PC was replaced (complained to my supplier and they done the replacement)?
@@ClaraChai it will appeared error message license is expired, software will run in demo mode, pls check on chiller, emergency stop button, normally the alarm will gone after I unplug the motion card and plug it back again.
@@ClaraChai because the problem happened yesterday, the 1st after my supplier replace new motion card, now can function normally after unplug & replug back it, not sure it will happen again in future or not. I will try to use your troubleshoot step to check it if this alarm happen again

Possible the card is not well plugged in.
I checked and all connections is ok
