@LGD! Can u clarify. dP3 covers all except listed exclusion. But "theft is not part of those exclusion", im confused as to why it's doesn't include theft?
Dwelling policies are monoline coverages, basically a property policy. Theft is a different line of coverage that can be purchased as an endorsement. The DP-3 excludes losses due to theft except during a period of removal. An insured can add theft coverage by purchasing the theft coverage endorsement. Please note: there are sublimits on certain types of losses, such as; jewelry, fine arts, firearms, etc. I hope this helps out. Good luck on your studies!
Actually, on the dwelling coverage forms, theft is optional. For the exam, dwelling policies are property only policies. Theft and personal liability are optional coverages that can be added by endorsement. The only time theft is automatic on a dwelling policy is the unavoidable theft during a period of removal. The homeowners policy is a package that includes, property, theft, and personal liability on one plan. I hope that helps out. Good luck in your studies!

Great videos, can you make or have a video on DIC only? Thanks
I'll start with a webinar on it. Check the upcoming training tab on my site this weekend. I'll have a link set up
Theft is one of the Broad Form coverages by default. When you say theft is optional in DP-2 do you mean you have the option to remove it?
