Inspired by his grandmothers and mother, who used to handcraft oil, he transformed this tradition into a business. Despite societal perceptions of oil-making as menial, he aimed to challenge such notions. He is against fake advertisements and prefers to rely on the positive reputation of his product.
Furthermore, he implemented a unique marketing strategy by initially distributing his product for free, leading to word-of-mouth advertising with positive customer response. Consequently, he has opened 7 outlets in Nepal and is considered one of the best hair oils in Nepal. He prioritises the hygiene of his product and encourages youngsters, conveying that people will always attempt to undermine your work and business. However, he firmly believes that one should pursue what they love and strive to prove themselves.
We need more people like Ujjwal Sir to create more jobs and encourage entrepreneurship in Nepal.
