Great video! However, I would argue that tankless water heaters use very little propane. My wife and I full-time and are about 50% thru 1 of our 3, 40lb bottles on our 2022 Jayco Northpoint - we last serviced about 2 months ago and given summer temps, we only use our propane for showers/dishes and cooking. I do agree that the residential fridges work much better than the dual-fuel fridges.
The dealer needs to clean it up and put the hubcaps on before doing a video I bought a 2021 full house the first time I saw it it was dirty so I was unimpressed I came back a few days later it was all cleaned up wow what a difference. I bought it on the spot
All I have to say is check the plumbing. I have a 2021. Along with numerous issues, I discovered a leak when the sink drained. Took apart the cabinetry underneath (they built around the pipes) and discovered they joined the residential pipes with the flex hose with..... Duct Tape.... 2 years and I'm still chasing down things in the drv that were either wrong or just cheaped out on.
Full body paint is crazy nice. That entire unit is beautiful. I got fuel in at a Maverick in Caldwell Idaho on my way back from Oregon about 5 weeks ago. Going from Oregon to Idaho the difference in fuel was like .80 cents a gallon cheaper in Idaho. Appreciate the video JB.
It definitely is, although my decals have held up well, having everything painted is great. We are actually heading to Washington/Oregon/Cali but we aren’t taking the fifth wheel or truck 👀

With something this big, you better have a 450, 4500 dually or semi tractor converted to haul it. I think a one ton dually wouldn't be enough on long haul trips
Ford would need a f450, ram 3500 max tow would do that trailer all day easily. Cargo max weight is 5,500 lbs and max tow depending set up is over 30k up to 36k lbs.
The outside of this big ole girl is so nice! But the furniture and interior design not my cup of tea. I despise our gas electric fridge. Really miss the residential we had in our last unit. Storage inside and out looks great. 🇺🇸💪
That’s tough and it would depends on what stage of life I’m in. The Luxe hands down wins the quality, customization, and customer service battle but you’re gonna need a big truck to pull them depending on the floor model. DRV is great quality but not comparable to Luxe but superior to the Cedar Creek and you can tow it with a 3500 dually. Cedar Creek destination is the price winner and can do just about everything the other 2 can like residential fridge, dish washer, and washer/dryer setup already installed. Only issue with Cedar Creek is it’s not intended to be towed like regular trailers and I bet it’s not a great experience while being towed.

I had a few people tell me they went through propane within a week but they were taking long showers and also had 30lb tanks

A dually could handle this type of rig but if you want to carry 150 gallons of diesel than a 4500/5500 will be in your future

DRV has lost a lot of quality over the last several years.
I think most of the RV industry has lost their quality control over the last few years! So many complaints about build quality these days.
