The Matt Cutrer Report Episode One: :Guest Logan Self and host Matt Cutrer discuss dating in San Angelo, Texas.
During this opening podcast episode, Logan Self opens up about his dating experience and growing up in San Angelo. He delves into experiences about his first love, first kiss, short-term and long-term relationships, dating apps, drug addiction, marriage, and more.
Cutrer and Self immediately establish a strong interpersonal connection after 23 + years since they last saw each other. The two apparently had similar experiences growing up in San Angelo and dating throughout their adolescent years and as adults. Their connection is real, raw, and authentic and it makes for an extraordinary conversation with an in-depth look at some relevant and significant topics.
Although Cutrer explains that his perception of Self was initially that he was abrasive, boisterous and loud, the podcast host comes to find out that Self is quite the opposite. Although Self does hold string opinions and stands firm behind them, he is actually very calm, confident, and respectful. Self is humble, intelligent, and engaging, which ultimately providing terrific insight into who he is as a typical San Angelo man.
The conversation is light-hearted, hilarious, real, raw, and at times emotional but Self and Cutrer successfully navigate the rollercoaster-ride effectively, which provides an entertaining look at San Angelo community and culture from the perspective of two 30-something year old white males.
