It could but the amount of money vs setting up 2-4 pickleball courts on one tennis court is drastic. Also quit hating on pickleball, it's childish. It's literally bringing exercise into people's lives.

Yep, the ball has to hit on the floor first then it can hit the wall

This is pretty much racket ball using a pickle ball paddle
The racket has nothing to do with the pickle ball paddle. And the rules are closer to tennis, with the addition of the wall play, some of which is similar to racketball or squash.
