About the tickets, it may not work, but last year I wasn't able to buy the tickets for Wembley as I didn't know if it would clash with my exams. After I knew it was safe for me to buy the tickets (2 weeks before the concert), I went on ticketmaster and there were a few tickets being resold for the same price since people that i.e. can't attend the show can resell them there, and it is safe. So you may still have a chance of getting tickets for the new tour (whenever it's happening).
