One feature I would like is a front light, like with the fenix 7 pro. maybe not to alleviate the street completely but in many occasions it it sufficient to be visible for other traffic
Forgive the stupid question from a Wahoo user but I wear long-finger gloves even for summer gravel rides, how do I manipulate the 1050 when I’m fully gloved?
unfortunately, you changed the position of the mount on the back, so if i would buy it, i have to change the mounts on my 3 bikes (which i don´t want to)
@@johnstafford220 The position of the mount moved up in position just a little, making some bike mount preventing the device from fully lock-in in clock wise position.
Is this still the same stupid rip-off as with the Edge 1040, where Garmin told me rather arrogantly that I had to buy the topo maps again I had already bought? The Edge 1040 was then immediately returned to the dealer. That's why I still have my Oregon 700.

Agreed. The same logic that gave us a “bell” should have given us at least a flashing front LED. I’ll take the hit on battery life for that.
3:00 "Indoor" incident detection?
Mapa podczas przesuwania nadal pojawia się z prędkością kalkulatora. W urządzeniu za 3,2k PLN !?
Can this be used as a regular GPS?

Thank you for your question. The display on the Edge 1050 is glove-friendly.

How did it change?
I have the Ravemen LED light mounted between the Edge and the bike mount. Wonder if this will alleviate this issue?

My 1040 solar isnt even a full year old yet......... Fuck yall, like seriously I'm done with Garmin
You do realise Karen this is not an upgrade to the 1040.. It's an additional product...
A couple of months ago I was deciding between 840 & 1040 and went with 840 to save some $$. Now I'm seeing this and I'm like f***********ck :D
Its been out over 2yrs tho 40 series 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Did your 1040 stop working? You can't be surprised that companies continue to make new products.
the NFC is the only real difference
