I think Jinni is confusing shyness for introversion and that's why she denies being one. Introversion has nothing to do with shyness, it just means that AFTER a certain amount of social interaction, which is different for everyone, you need some time alone to process things, calm down and rest. After this you feel energised again. Introverts can also seem very outgoing in interaction, hence the confusion, but afterwards they will still need to rest. So by that logic Jinni must be a shy introvert that loosens up around her friends.
