I love your shows, never get enough of them. I have only 1 hunting trip each year and it’s to Kansas for pheasants. Not quite sure why you use an O/U 28g for pheasants and especially on windy days. We all use 12g, remove plugs which is legal in Kansas and always Prarie Storm 5s. Thanks again to The Flush

I'd be happy to see birds like that again in my area of PA. We used to have some great hunting in the 80s. And all at once it was gone. Cottontails & quail are declining also. Faster farming machinery, pesticides, and progress as they say. I would guess are the reasons why. Or perhaps a avian flu. But why didn't any of this affect the birds where these guys are hunting ?

Looks like you’re carrying a 16 gauge. What is the make/model?

Love pheasant hunting. I hate to see those birds get hammered at close range like that, pump 2 or 3 rounds in the same bird at close range seems senseless. Let them get out a bit...😬 Otherwise you've just got a rag of bb's.

You’ve never hunted wild pheasant before…

🤣🤣 I've never been to a game farm in my life. Wild or otherwise I'd rather let them get out a ways and miss than obliterate them. But I know there's more on your team they don't want the guy next to them to get the kill. Happy hunting regardless....👌🏼😃

Back when there were wild birds ( Quail ) . When a Hunter said they were going bird hunting it meant Quail. Not Canadian Geese or Ducks Or Snow Geese . These young guys need to learn how to identify Waterfowl from a distance , instead of calling Ducks , Geese and Pheasants Birds . Birds are QUAIL guys.
