Mico Draft - Florida Marine Tracks/Simrad 6 Month Review Update

It's been 6 months since we installed the Simrad and Florida Marine Tracks on the 20 Foot Micro Draft Skiff. Wanted to do an update on how we like it, performance, and usability.

Do u know if it covers up around ormond beach,tomoka state park, Highbridge area??

Yes FMT covers the entire state of FL. I've fished Tomoka many times!! Great area!!

Will they be supported by Garmin soon?

Not that I'm aware of. Garmin does not want to allow access to their code. If you would like to call Glen at FMT he can explain further and in more detail

Would you honestly recommend this card to a new to the area gentleman that gonna be running a 24’ hybrid bay boat that drafts about 14” of h2o , I’m gonna be in the punta gorda/ pine island area

Not likely. The issue is Garmin owns their own mapping software
