To learn how to download and install RStudio in your computer, simply follow the steps as shown in this guide.
The first step is to download R, the programming language on which RStudio is based.
After installing R, you can now proceed to next step which is to download rstudio.
The integrated development environment (IDE) for the programming language R is called RStudio.
Users can write and run R code using RStudio, communicate with other R users to create interactive graphs and charts, and visualise data.

It says rstudio is installed but whenever I click the icon it won't open . Almost like something is blocking it from opening the app. Can you help me please

I was following steps by steps in this video to download R and R Studio, BUT I can't use it as it was written "An error occurred while attempting to load the selected version of R. Please select a different R installation.". Did somebody know about this situation? It is very important to me as I need to use R Studio for my study!!! Please HELP me!!!😭😭😭

Is there any space between your User ID???
Try this solution.
1. Go to the search box next to the start button and type "environment".
2. Click on the choice which says "Edit the system environment variables".
3. Click the button that says "Environment Variables" near the bottom of the window.
4. Click "New" and enter TMPDIR for variable name and some suitable directory without spaces under variable value (I chose C:\Temp)
