Yea maybe he forgot a bit about that, and has been playing more carefuly and slowly, which isn't bad for other players but yea. He needs Marss and Kola back in these tourneys.
When you get pushed at disadvantage so many times you start hesitating the moments where you land your combo starters. When it feels like you make the wrong choice every time you go for them, it naturally happens. I don’t think he’s playing slower, just the nature of the game

Marss never gives us boring sets you love to see it
Did you know that if you go in training mode you can set your opponent to 999% and hit them. It will make a really cool flashing colour and you can do it over and over instead of pretending to watch tournament sets.

This is the first set since the ZSS nerfs where Marss is using ZSS up b out of shield as her primary kill option like pre-patch. So great to see the character and Marss put in work!

There is NO zero suit like Marss. You can really tell when his heart is in the game and when it is not. Nice to have him back.
Zss is normally so boring but he is so innovative. He's really good at the Steve mu too so I think he's gonna go far in this one

@@mochaman29 They're both incredibly hard to play at that level but they're also really opressive in all levels of play. I play fox and those too feel like fox-like characters without any of his outstanding weaknesses. That's why I hate them.
I swear marss going back to tournaments is the only shot at keeping competitive smash bros entertaining

Marss played so evasive, his movement and with ZSS's crazy fast dash and her low crouch were insane.
This set reminds me of why I started watching marss in the first place
the more time goes on, the more I appreciate matchups like these. fast paced, no cheesy gimmicks at play, just 2 amazing players who everyone loves duking it out. so entertaining yet sadly rare with how Ult's meta has progressed. gr8 set as always.
Peak Zss & Fox are some of the most hype characters in the game. I miss sets like these when the meta wasn't dominated by Steve, Sonic, or GnW.

I always thought Marss was one of the most talented smash players ever even from Smash 4. Thought being a content creator would take that away but apparently he’s still got it lol. Insane.
The content creation at most slowed down his progress. He’s been going to locals and regionals so he’s not really out of practice. He even vod reviews his tourney runs
Marss is my fave “top” player, cuz the mf is like shikamaru. He doesn’t go to locals, rarely practices his ZSS on stream, doesn’t really grind like the other top players, but never fails to randomly show up and fuck shit up 💀💀

4:14 This up smash is an example of how often they play with each other. Most people would not think down smash comes out in time so most players would grab/ up smash but since Marss plays light so often he knew downsmash was a true punish

It's amazing that this set isn't even the most hype of the tournament and that a set with 4 time outs happening at exactly the same time managed to top it (even though this set is incredible).
