To be fair a few years back we were given a Bloor Homes site, no middle man type deal and I think the 4 beds we were getting £3000ish, usually cost about £250 in paint but I do hear Bloors are some of the best payers so ain't sure if builders are payin out 4 grand for em, prices do need to bump up soon though when you think in the 90s it was £850 for a 3 bed and now it's £850 for a 3 bed, and they sell em for about £150,000 more than they did 25 years ago for damn sure

Right now I prefere to work on 1 wall for couple hours (like on the old victorian house) and charge £25 per hr. E. G. Stairvase only £1300. Ueah, at the end of the day I make roughly £200 per day and I am not that exhausted anymore... If I do furnitire painting it can be £250,£300 per day.

Mate Your boss as got the job for about £3800 then paint is about £350 so In all £4150 so he as made £3000 but companies get 40% discount on paint 40%on £350 is about £100 so he paid £250 but put in the full price for the paint so all in he as made £3100 on you it’s worth trying to do it yourself be your on boss if it don’t work you can go back doing what your doing now

Im watching this and being a professional painter who has just done a 4 bedroom house to a high speck on his own, it took me nearly 6 weeks to complete so their is no way you could do that on your own in 5-6 days not unless you are spraying ceilings, walls and woodwork, it’s physically not possible

Even £1300 is cheap!
