Breaking Bad Albuquerque Tour

- My sister Anna with her fiance Simon and friend Michael visited Albuquerque, New Mexico, last summer. It was obvious that they went to few significant places, where Breaking Bad was filmed: the White’s house, Saul Goodman’s office, the Schraders’ house, A1A Car Wash, Jane and Jesse’s duplex, Crossroads Motel, Tuco Salamanca’s headquarters, Jesse Pinkman’s house and Los Pollos Hermanos.
I am big fan of Breaking Bad series and I hope that you will have as much fun during watching this movie as I had during editing it.
Enjoy!
About the music: it's my cover of "Tamacun" originally played by Rodrigo y Gabriela. It's from the Breaking Bad soundtrack (the very first episode, when Walt sees Jesse escaping from girlfriend during DEA action). The music only clip is here: • Rodrigo y Gabriela "Ta... ;-)

Imagine watching Breaking Bad in Walter Whites house lol
Inception-style watching. ;-)
Adam Nicholson I’ve always thought about that too 😂
Ok I think that's my new life goal
I guess breaking bad were never filmed in the house but on a movie set instead
That would be epic
Imagine seeing that house and feeling like you’ve been there a million times when you’ve never actually stepped foot inside lol
Dylan Smith yea so strange aye
lol
The inside is another house. Not the one that is shown from the outside.
Leonard Erasmus actually it’s not even a house. It’s made jn a studio
Interesting M44RTEN. Always thought they used another house. Thanks for sharing.
it's strange to have so many memories of a place you've never visited
Verryy strange

yeah right, i have seen this bb for 10 times i think. and its weird you know the place but you never been there before.
I wish I could watch this show for the first time again

@@isharalayantha7122 So I :D For some reason at very first time, I have watched maybe 3 chapters, didn't have time for more, and I came back just couple weeks ago. Currently at third season :)

*Breaking Bad REALLY put Albuquerque on the map and added many tourist attractions to it. That's the power of cinema.*
Well it needs to add more Law Enforcement to get the (continuing) Crime & Drug issues under control. Not a safe City to live.
Pero un gran centro turístico temático de Breaking Bad seria genial y rentable ...
@@Coupydog not too bad either. There are some parts that are a little dicey, but people are pretty decent here for the most part.

I would buy Walters house in real life and make the interior just the same. I would then put it up on Air BnB
that's actually genius
The owners have owned the house since the 1970s so I doubt they would ever sell it, but they’d make a fortune listing it in AirBnB
I want to buy Jesse's house with a meth lab in the basement.
It’s a cool idea but unfortunately the floor plan of this house used for exterior shots is not like the floor plan of the interior sets built on the soundstage. You could make some money charging sightseers a small fee to go into the backyard and see the pool though. 😎
Someone would spray paint Heisenberg on the wall lmao
This makes it feel like breaking bad was actually real 😂 it’s incredible
I live in abq and on the day the last episode aired there was an obituary in the news paper for walter white
@@scottmorgan2351 So they spoiled the last episode? 😂
Imagine buying walts house and filling it with all the same furniture then getting high af and watching the show in there, it would be like some twilight zone shit lol

I’d be freaked out living in a house the whole world knows their way around...
They filmed the inside scenes in a set in a studio
But I bet the back yard is the same
@@aidanvitsentzos3678
I thought that was the case for Jesse's house since he *suddenly* stopped using all of the rooms but the entrance one. First season and up until the moment there are people wanting to buy the house while he's cooking bath in the basement. After that, he basically lives in that small room near his front door (he sleeps, puts TV, drinks etc there).
But Walter's, Hank's, Saul's office etc felt pretty real...
Except the actual house is nothing like the one in the show apparently. Not even the layout inside is the same
I'm pretty sure the interior of the white household is actually larger than the exterior are.
Wait u didn't show us "THE LAB" beneath the Laundry ☹️

I use to work across the street from there and I’d sit in my car at lunch and watch filming. It is actually a commercial laundry place.

I wonder how the show has affected the value of these properties.
Exactly
I wonder if the value has decreased? Surely the owners wouldn't want people driving by and filming their house everyday.
@1:38 the owner of Walter Whites house responded to the question “why don’t you just sell it?” and she says “Nobody would buy a house constantly being visited by strangers-- ok that’s far enough!” Also Jesse’s house has a for rent sign, for similar reasons.
@@by9zd567 yeah Mr white... Yeah science!!!

Notable locations: The Car wash is at Eubank and Menaul. White's house in northeast Albuquerque, holiday park area. Tuco's mom's house...two doors west of the house I grew up in on Manitoba, west of Tramway Blvd. The pizza....Venezia's...from Rio Rancho, city west of Albuquerque...now under new ownership and name. Why they changed the name is anyone's guess...dumb move! Having worked background on "Saul" and as a precision driver in "El Camino", I found the cast and crew highly focused and professional. Mike Ehrmantraut was particularly kind and a really nice guy. Bob Odenkirk was great fun to watch on set. He could bring very subtle nuances in delivery on each take. Really a pleasure to watch him working his craft. Me, I got a director call-back on an audition for El Camino but didn't land the part. Bummer! Still had fun!
