I looked at this house. Been some upgrades since it totally failed inspection last time. Roof leaked, radon tested crazy high. But what killed the deal was the HOA.
what is material used in exterior of the house facade?? is it a paint weather coat?? or any modern material?? it is a great example of peublo/adobe architecture but I don't think it is mud being used as finished material. what material is it??
