@@Tupeutla whilst correct, he did have a stick. You can have dual controls, just tend to have the PIC in the right seat unlike fixed wing which is the left seat (typically, but not always of course)

+Ashrith Jadra she done a lot of charity work for children in 3rd world countries. I think she was an ambassador for unicef. She didnt want use of mines. she believed in world peace etc

Not just that, she campaigned specifically against landmines and advocated their removal. She visited Angola towards the end of their civil war and walked through a minefield in support of mine-clearance workers.

Throughout watching old top gear I've only now realised how vast a skill set Hammond possesses
They all have vast skills and combined can drive nearly all types of vehicles. Jeremy has oat licence, May has plane licence and Hammond has helicopter licence. I only do not know if any of them can drive a submarine

I crewed a CET with true friends, I commanded a CET with true friends, and I instructed courses on the CET to Sappers I had just met. I had 3 of them [affectionately known as "Frogs"] under my command for almost 3 years and loved very minute. They are temperamental, noisy and prone to failure - but an absolute blast and certainly a way to get yourself noticed when on public roads. Great times which remain a highlight of my life.
