I know a few times the cops got rough with ladies trying to get close to the stage to see Elvis and he would yell at them and say stuff like "don't treat them like you're taking them off to jail..." and there must have been a few lawsuits I imagine. One was the case in this video, when you see him holding out the scarf, he asks the officer to hand the scarf out to the woman and he does.
