    Hey friends. Today's video is more of a day in the life and how I dealt with failing at being the christian I want to be. It was a learning process and I will keep moving forward. It difficult when you make an error, its even more difficult to process living with depression and anxiety as every possible horrible thought goes on repeat in our minds.

    I think you are a beautiful soul, so thank ful for your videos, im struggling with a few things, anxiety and paranoia...i gave myself to jesus a year ago...i knew the walk wasnt going to be easy...but i can do anything with the Lord holding my hand. God bless you

    Thanks for your transparency! Two books that I like that helped me with anxiety are 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels (a mindfulness exercise book) and The Jesus Response by John Pohl (kinda like devotional letters that Christ writes to people today). It's so important to practice letting negative thoughts go and remember that we are loved and that there is grace :)

    Yes I had not not noticed that someone who I thought cared about me was just using me. It hurts but like uou I don't want to become hard hearted

      Same. I’d rather deal with heartache at times than be hard hearted.
