i dont want to believe it, but i try to not be biased, not enough info at the moment, i need the actual transcripts of the messages to know the whole context of what he was saying to the minor and if he was aware of their age or not. your totally right though its hard to convict someone of this stuff over messages unless they were explicit and cant be twisted in any other way of understanding. Also ASMONGOLD did a vdeo on this where hes defending the doc, or it seems like it
It's a pretty bad argument to claim that because somebody didn't outright deny allegations that they're basically admitting to a crime. Even if something actually happened, the most professional and even mature way of going about it is basically exactly what he said. If it really was such a great argument, then why wouldn't it be used in court? Either way, the public trials ultimately prove people innocent if anything. If all the hatred exists without evidence then it never was about any wrongdoing. I empathize wit actual victims.

You would have to argue that the court system didnt say a word about him doing illegal stuff to minors, meanwhile he was the one suing twitch. Also why didnt Twitch went to the authorities if he did this?
i think because if something happened over twitch whisper they don't want negative brand recognition as pdf facilitation or that there was age misrepresentation, but its just smoke at the minute we have yet to see the fire i will say this i have since stopped seeking his babysitting services getting famous can do some crazy sht to your ego
