You forgot to mention something. For those who DO NOT have a business location and do not want everyone to see your home address you have to have a PO Box. I did not hear him go over this once. You cannot make your store go live until you remove the password which you have to put an address to do so.

I am following you step by step to set up my online shopify shop. However I am stuck with themes. Clicked Customize to follow instructions to build the website but it's giving me a different page. Not the one you going through.
Hey, I know I'm not the person you're asking but here's how I'd do it. True Beginners should ideally be running single product stores. You learn the ropes better, you realise what's going wrong/right quicker, and if a product fails, you shut it down and switch to another one. It's one of the reasons I'd actually change some of the advice slightly - I'd recommend going for a more "corporate" domain, rather than a product specific one. If you've ran a successful store, or one of your products is doing great, you're gonna want to switch up slightly and add in some extra add ons (if you're running a skin cleaner, having some wipes, or a few eyelash curlers as additional add ons for extra cost). They work well, and will up your profit margins, and they're good introductions to running a multiple product store whilst only managing one "true" product (they shouldn't be individual offerings, but just as add ons to the initial product). When you have some more experience under your belt, operating a multiple product store, or alternatively, several single product stores with add ons is how I'd recommend continuing. Good luck with the store, I hope it's successful!

I watched the half of the video I created my website I imported one product , one of my issues right now is when I click on “Online Store “ it only shows themes and preferences options. In addition the theme part is not completed which means I am not be able to edit my website , why is that ? How can I see the first options
I am following you step by step to set up my online shopify shop. However I am stuck with themes. Clicked Customize to follow instructions to build the website but it's giving me a different page. Not the one you going through.

Hey, I know I'm not the person you're asking but here's how I'd do it.
True Beginners should ideally be running single product stores. You learn the ropes better, you realise what's going wrong/right quicker, and if a product fails, you shut it down and switch to another one. It's one of the reasons I'd actually change some of the advice slightly - I'd recommend going for a more "corporate" domain, rather than a product specific one.
If you've ran a successful store, or one of your products is doing great, you're gonna want to switch up slightly and add in some extra add ons (if you're running a skin cleaner, having some wipes, or a few eyelash curlers as additional add ons for extra cost). They work well, and will up your profit margins, and they're good introductions to running a multiple product store whilst only managing one "true" product (they shouldn't be individual offerings, but just as add ons to the initial product).
When you have some more experience under your belt, operating a multiple product store, or alternatively, several single product stores with add ons is how I'd recommend continuing.

Hi. Very informative video but not that easy to set-up a store! My doubts are that after all that work is done and up running, why will customers by products from my basic and none professional store(i'm not a web designer) when they can cut the middle man and by directly from a supplier?
