Hello Emma & Alwin. Laban lang you will eventually get your PR status. Do not stress yourself, 3 years is still a long way to go. God will provide, ask and you will receive. Enjoy lang, what is important is you have a work to sustain to live there. 🙏
Don't give up. Personally i know of a couple here who are lawyers from the Phils. took bridging course and currently working in good paying jobs in law firms or similar roles. Don't listen to the noise and just stay focused.
hopefully ma PR kayo, napaka humble mo emma and very honest kayo sa nrrmadaman nio regarding your status. ipgppray ko kayo. try everything you can, last na last na option nio nlng tlga ung pguwi
You can't come here if you have no education. Beware of what you say. You can get the correct informations from government sites.
Good things take time, better things take a little longer. Try nyo mag apply dito sa SK, I know a few folks from BC who came to SK and got a job. One of them is actually my colleague in the University, not only she has a Canadian work experience but a Canadian education as well. So I think both of you will have a better chance in SK.
Laban lang tayo emma and alwin! Im on my pgwp din kaka approved lang late last month. We have 3 years to figure out what to do next tama ka emma focus lang sa goal. Good luck sa atin ❤❤❤❤
Don't give up, plan "U" should not be an option. You will reap what you have sowed soon. Take care & God bless! Currently here in Ottawa, visiting my nephews. I'm based in SG😊
There is light at the end of the tunnel. As long as you are there keep striving you may never know until you reach the finish line a better plan awaits. Lay your plans well be it in Canada or back home.
Laban pa atty emma and bro alwin. Pwede ninyo i last option ung plan U pero i claim niyo ung PR kahit anong mangyari. Law of attraction lang yan bastat maniniwala lang kayo.
Te walang uwian marami man changes nagbabago man ma overcome din yan te at kuya just be positive andito na kayo 😊 don’t put in your mind lng na uuwi kayo
There should be such thing as plan U or going back to Phils. This should be the action of last resort if you already reached the end of the tunnel, which means you have exhausted all possible options. Tiwala lang.
Hi Alwin Emma, im watching your channel from brisbane australia, we were there in canada andcUS 3 weeks ago, i feel your predicament, all i can say is Dont You Just Give Up on Your Dreams, Keep on Striding. YOU GUYS WILL GET THRU IT, DONT YOU DARE GIVE UP ON THAT DREAM. THINK POSITIVE ALWAYS.❤
You guys are very hardworking and intelligent. It would be a waste if Canada will let you go. Hope you’ll get your permanent residency soon. -greetings from the U.S❤
I like your mindset Emma, you are broad minded and very smart. I strongly believe that you’ll be granted a PR status here in Canada. Just be strong and hopeful❤❤❤.
Hello; Alwin and Emma you deserve to stay in Canada. Both professional with good jobs. Stay strong and keep going. Don’t lose hope. I believe that you will get to stay in Canada for good ❤️🙏
laban lang po ms. emma at kuya alwin! like you said paiba iba ang policy kaya my chance yan. ang ayaw ko lang sa ginawa ng canadian government is hinigpitan lahat. mas oks sana iproseso na lahat ng mga andito for PR then saka mgadjust ng policy. isa po ako sa long time citizen here na rooting for the new immigrants! fight lng po 💪💪💪
everything comes to an end, included na dyan yung stress..depende na lang kung ano tatapos sa stress nyo ngayon, either ma apruban pgwp o hindi, either way may darating uli, minsan mahirap din mag plano so far ahead lalo na at wala sa kamay natin ang sitwasyon, so siguro mag content din muna kayo ng mga bagay bagay na ginusto nyo dyan, mas clear ang mag isip kung positive din ang vibes.. be safe po
As per Alwin, you will get it! Thats for sure. As a young family like you guys, you will find a way to stay in Canada because of your Kid. Thats 100 percent sure ako dyan. I believe that you will get it, just be proactive and keep you options open. I know Atty Emma will go to Nursing if kailangan na talaga. Think about the Kid!
Tama naman yan. Plan A, B, C and so on. Kung may chance pa magstay jan. Go lang. Last ung uwian. If it's not for u talaga. Maybe God has other plans for u na mas better.
Baka sakali swertihin. 😊. Think positive nlang po. Madami p pede mngyring changes, and let’s hope for favorable ones. 😊
There is still hope! Actually, may good news yung latest announcement ni Immigration Minister Mark Miller which I think applies to you. Despite the reduction of PR levels from 2025-2027, the government will focus on giving PR opportunities to those who are already in Canada. Eto yung statement: Other measures from the 2025-2027 Immigration Levels Plan include the following: Transitioning more temporary residents who are already in Canada as students and workers to permanent residents. Representing more than 40% of overall permanent resident admissions in 2025, these residents are skilled, educated and integrated into Canadian society. They will continue to support the workforce and economy without placing additional demands on our social services because they are already established, with housing and employment.

Legal Ito pero it risky at kayo din Kawawa later on.
If you can apply as a immigrants then that is a safer way as sometimes, short cuts are good but risky too as rules change. We applied as landed immigrants though it took us about 4 yrs before we got the approval but it's worth the wait. You are still young and for sure, with your school credentials, you can find a job also in the Phils. while waiting for the approval.
There is no quick way to get PR, you need to research or look other options how u gonna increase your CSR points kc grabe competetive na din iba mapa lawyer or nursing pa yan andyan na kayo so do your best na lang lahat nman dumadaan sa butas ng karayom bago ma PR kaya goodluck guys!
Stay the course, Attorney and Alwin. You are better off in Canada than in the Philippines. If uuwi kayu, you will find living in the Philippines undesirable because you've gotten used to living in a first-world country. You'll miss the efficiency and good public service of the government. That's based on our experience when we went home to PH. Marami pang mangyayari sa 3 years. You have ample time to find a way to stay in Canada legally. God bless you and your journey!
The Lord plan is to prosper you and not to harm you.
Hi Emma/Alwin, kaya natin yan, I just received my pgwp approval. For now waiting for my family permit extension. Matagal lang talaga kapag family approval, but for sure ma-aapprove yan. Just do note lang na ang start ng pgwp mo is kung kelan ka nag-apply hindi the day na maapprove ka, so we need to consider that sa pagiipon natin hehe
@alwinemma nag-apply ako august 24, I got my approval oct 1. Right now waiting sa approval nila. Tiwala lang tayo maaapprove din yan. 🙏🙏
@@alwinemma Emma/Alwin, sorry I stand corrected. I just checked my permit, ang expiration ng pgwp ko is oct 1, 2027 pala, so meaning additional 3 years nga from the day of approval.
Tama po, sana po hindi palagi pag uwi nalang sa pilipinas ang maging solusyon at last resort ng iba, napakahirap na po sa pilipinas at wala na po pag asa ang bansang iyon, Marami pa po pwede maging options para nmas makapag stay pa ng matagal or for good in Canada, do you research more and study more options, Basta wag nalang palagi "uuwi nalang sa pilipinas" ang palagi maging sagot, Hindi maganda iyon,
Dumating kami, Aug. 2022 as Student.
halimbawa wala kayong choice but umuwi kaya sa Pilipinas.
You or your wife mag hanap na kayo or kung anong options na pwede para makakuha ng PR ask your employer too. Just saying.
Work lang work muna. Ipon lang. Todo ot para whatever happens may budget for the US, Europe or another country of your choice. Last option na siguro uwi ng pinas.
Competition is fierce, brace yourselves, there's literally no choice pag nawalan na ng status, yayarihin ka ng gobyerno if you're being dishonest. No.1 na advice ng lawyers huwag mag seek ng asylum at under the table jobs
My advice to you guys ay huwag na huwag susuko... don’t listen to them.. just find other ways, if things really don’t work out anymore just go to other western countries that welcome new immigrants.. basta don’t be a quitter be a winner and don’t lose hope...
Guys. If you are granted 3 years PGWP. My suggestion is start learning french. In 3 years time, you will be atleast level 7. Either one of you should do full time french Studies. Canada is leaning towards francophone speakers and it looks like battle of the fittest 'to. You had already an advantage being in canada (as Marc miller said) and what more you know how to speak in French. +++ advantage kay Ms. Emma ito in the long run. Dont be overwhelmed sa french. Sana maging option ito bago kayo umuwi.
Im a TFW here in quebec. And one of our option is to learn french. 1 year part time learning ako, level 4 na ako. Part time means like 4-6 hrs per week Studies. Imagine if we are able to do it full time. We can reach level 7 in no time. My point is, attainable sya. Im a CFC also dn pala :)
Inaantay nila mag open this coming December or January.
In two years PR na and in 5 years citizen na.😊
plan u consideration is ok, but u have pgwp pa eh, u can get the 3yrs pgwp, so exhaust the 3yrs, mahaba un, maraming pwedeng mangyari sa 3yrs malay nyu bago matapos pgwp nyu PR na kau.. so be positive pa, di ako agree sa mga ngcomment na plan U, it's too early pa to consider it.. u have 3yrs pgwp to exhaust.. set aside nyu muna yang plan U. God bless
Kung may maganda naman po work kayo dito sa Pinas it’s better po na balik Pinas na . Sa totoo po we’re in Canada for 50 years pero mas na enjoy namin ang buhay dito kaya dito na kami for good. Anyway it’s up to you po kung uwi o hindi . Good luck po.
Noon lang po maganda pa ang Pilipinas, I'm sorry but that's not the case anymore po, madalas ko po naiisip hanggang ngayon, na kung sumama at nag join po sana ako sa friend ng parents ko noong 1991 sa kanila pa-Canada noon, Baka po 33 years na kami nasa Canada, nagtatamasa ng saganang buhay at langit na status,
Kame laban alis na kme next yr sayang visa at sabi samen since 2023 pa yung application namin kht na approved lang kme this year sakop parin kame ng 2023 rules at lahat ng pagbabago ngayon 2024 ay para sa mga new application ng student visa at mga lmia.. Mga approved before ng changes ay hindi affected kahit sa mga naka OWP... ang mga kawawa lang yung mga na approved after the changes and current lmia holders na mag eexpire this year or expired na ang kawawa... Alberta din kame mam and sir! Hope makita namin kayo soon!
Tanong ko Sa iyo, personally. Kaya ninyo pa ba ang pang araw araw ninyong gastusin . Kung kaya pa, you stay, kung hindi na, plan U I s a good option. Think about it.
Consider changing careers kc yung 300k plus na kukuning PR not only for Filipinos, but for the millions of people from other countries that are much more highly educated and sought after than you two right now.

halimbawa wala kayong choice but umuwi kaya sa Pilipinas.
You or your wife mag hanap na kayo or kung anong options na pwede para makakuha ng PR ask your employer too. Just saying.
Just Pray lng mam and sir
🙏
Work lang work muna. Ipon lang. Todo ot para whatever happens may budget for the US, Europe or another country of your choice.
Go atty emma!!!
Competition is fierce, brace yourselves, there's literally no choice pag nawalan na ng status, yayarihin ka ng gobyerno if you're being dishonest. No.1 na advice ng lawyers huwag mag seek ng asylum at under the table jobs
Uwi nlng po kayo. Maganda nman work niyo sa pinas . Kita kits tayo sa pinas.
You are guaranteed to get a permanent resident Alwin & Emma. Promised!
Guaranteed? Immigration ka?
My advice to you guys ay huwag na huwag susuko... don’t listen to them.. just find other ways, if things really don’t work out anymore just go to other western countries that welcome new immigrants.. basta don’t be a quitter be a winner and don’t lose hope...
Wag kayo uuwi, maapprove kayo nyan! 🙏
Im a CFC also dn pala :)
be hopeful may chance yan
Inaantay nila mag open this coming December or January.
Kung masyado ng stressful palagay ko it is worth it anymore.
In two years PR na and in 5 years citizen na.😊
And the good news is the bank of Canada announced a 3.75 interest rate.
plan u consideration is ok, but u have pgwp pa eh, u can get the 3yrs pgwp, so exhaust the 3yrs, mahaba un, maraming pwedeng mangyari sa 3yrs malay nyu bago matapos pgwp nyu PR na kau.. so be positive pa, di ako agree sa mga ngcomment na plan U, it's too early pa to consider it.. u have 3yrs pgwp to exhaust.. set aside nyu muna yang plan U. God bless
Wag po umuwi try to move to Saskatchewan or Atlantic province sayang kasi andito na laban lang same sitwasyon
God’s wiil na lang po🙏🙏🙏
Uwi na kayo. Better choice yun.
Provincial nomination is the 🔑
You deserve guys to stay here.
Noon lang po maganda pa ang Pilipinas, I'm sorry but that's not the case anymore po,
Alberta din kame mam and sir!
You can always practice your profession in the Philippines.
