Thank you for this! After work, I either zombie out or orbit myself out of indecision over what I should get done. The only solid habit is walking the dog. Using habit stacking, I should be able to get things done, while still getting some rest.

No. From memory, I think the last collaboration video I did was in the beginning of 2022
I built new habits, followed on all days religiously for 2 months. Left all of them from 3rd month. Dont know why.
