    i speak what we call in USA “ Cringlish” (broken Croatian/English) and this guy is doing just fine. Not sure if some of you have gotten up on the wrong side of bed with you nasty comments (not only about speaking but food cuts choices, spices etc) but you might look into the mirror . I am not sure you’ll like what you see. I sure do not appreciate your comments. Kudos to Mirko for making a video

    we had an experience to eat this traditional cooking while we were trekking in Croatia and it was amazing. great video and thanks for sharing

    Chef Mirko is best chef of cooking under LID (sach) divan video , mislio sam ti reci neznam povod govora na Engl. "oni ionako nemaju pojma" kakav je ovo delikates i nacin spremanja hrane !? Bilo kako bilo pozdrav i hvala na postavci videa! :-)

      I suggest bigger one ,500 mm ,this one holds Temperatur more Than an hour After you put it away from the fire Place.just close it

      Majdan, Mrkonjic Grad. Prekjuče ga doneli, prohromska tepsija, kovani sač, ekstra izrada, ekstra kvalitet, srednja do veća veličina (ima i veći od ovog našeg) košta 85 evra. Tu ga radi kovačija Anđelić, sve preporuke! Nije loš gusani (tučani) ali će pući sigurno kad-tad, birajte samo kovani.

    Question though - what is the paste in the "Zeni" bottle? What is the spice mix that is used next to it that is yellow in color? I don't recognize either of them from here in the USA but we might have something comparable.

      Thank you Budikah, we are glad that you like it! The "Zeni" bottle is actually Mustard and the "yellow bottle" is Vegeta Spice.

      “Senf” is mustard in Croatian. I would imagine Dijon or. A variant of it was used in the video.

      Milo The Russian Blue. It tastes "tastes really" GOOD !!! DIFFERENT and much better than yellow mustard . senf can be puechased in Croatian delis ( some) European . Vegeta (g pronaunced like the g in good) is available in mast grocery stores in 🍁 (Canada) and I hope the same in USA !?!?!?

    Umisto ulja obavetno ide svinjska mast, Vegeta ni u ludilu, povrća što više to bolje... Sve ostalo je onako 3/5 :D

      Koliko ja vidim po komentarima, ovo je tražila strana publika. Vjerojatno na /r/Cooking ili nekom sličnom subredditu. Sastojci su valjda dovoljno prepoznatljivi, a vrijeme kuhanja je 30 min - okretanje - 45 min.

    Miljama si ti daleko od prave peke. Najprije od same vatre,pa nadalje. Ono što nije dobro kad se pravimo pametni,i počmemo "popravljat"jednostavne stvari,koje jedino i jesu najbolje. Pitaj toga starog ,neka se siti kako mu je mate pekla ispod peke,a tu su ti svi odgovori.

      Meso sigurno sirovo i žilavo i krupno. U tom slučaju se povrće stavlja malo kasnije. Ali čovjek se trudio čak i na engleskom ...
