yeah tower defence games I remember this genre, its game where you need to: precisely time your actions, strategically ambush enemies, control movement of enemy forces to guide them into positions favorable for you, optimize shifts and rest time of your employees, always have some spare amunition in wainting in case something didn't go as planed, slowly scrape tanky bosses using every weak point that you can find while dodging their deadly 1-hit-kill attacks and keeping their minions away from your headquaters, fighting even against unfriendly environment, make sure your fingers are fast enough to juggle between characters, skills, random places on screen and pause button, that your accuracy never fails you and chill so that you can keep your cool hold enemies in pool until they learn to swim play with them merry-go-round catch all pokemons spawned by angry trainers ...and optimize roads to achieve deadliest traffic repeat until satisfied (while getting stronger with each try) ocasionally voluntarily make all the odds against yourself pet your operators buy them nice outfits and read them to bed the endless saga of death, famine, war and conquest (we have also dungeon crawler with lottery boss defetable only by being faster than your bad luck) ...basically description of any tower defense game ever
Technically you can use universal specialist tokens upgrade, also IS2 gives those. BUT DON'T Anyway, record restoration for under tides has already been announced for CN, for global just wait about 6 months
If you're on PC, click ESC right after you click an operator that you want to deploy. Don't know how it works on mobile tho. Also, it's CN exclusive cause they already removed it from global server
