You definitely want a bike with a torque sensor. The bike responds to all your pedalling input but make you feel bionic. Wheeeee!

I found hydrolic levers a bit of a faff, but hydrolic calipers are definately better than standard disk calpers, especially on (heavy) fat tyre bikes.

It's a shame that the EU thinks it's citizens are incapable. A similar class one ebike in the US has top speed of 22 mph throttle only (no pedaling required). Class two legal speed is 28 mph (usually 20 inch tires or bigger). Class 3 is above 30 mph (which in my opinion should require a motorcycle license). Cheers from New Orleans

9:34 / 9:45 - I'm curious about the quality of the battery. I remember when my old phones would reach 10% then start draining to 0% like there's no tomorrow.
If that happens now, I'm curious how it'll perform a year later.

Yeah I would need to do a lot more testing to really say what the battery performance is like.

I think it's because the display readout is just based on the voltage of the battery, and this can change with the load on the system. This is a pretty common issue with cheaper e-bikes and doesn't necessarily mean you can expect any other issues.

Hey mate, what clamp are you using with the Insta360? I have tried quite a few and they all seem to either slip quite easily (particularly going over bumps), or leave marks on the handlebars.
Oh and I can tell quite easily from this video that the new Insta360 model has much better image quality! (I have the X3)
You might be able to make the pedalling harder by switching to a smaller sprocket, and removing some links from the chain accordingly. Do be wary though, most of these cheaper hub motor e bike just have cadence sensors, and so there can be a bit of lag between when you start / stop pedalling and the motor reacting. So for moving off at lights you probably actually want to be able to spin the pedals quickly and get the motor activated, even if that means the pedals are pretty useless once you're at cruising speed.

Hello mate, I got the insta 360 motorcycle mount clamp bundle. It seems pretty sturdy. Does move a bit occasionally but comes with a little tool to tighten it up. I also have a Smallrig Magic Arm clamp that I got for my GoPro which seems quite good but haven't tried the insta360 with it yet.
