I love dragon fruit. I find the white to be the least flavoursome, but they look so beautiful. I love having a mix of white, red and yellow skinned all together for a mix of flavour and colour. Have you had freeze dried dragon fruit? I've only seen red flesh freeze dried ones. The flavour is really intensified, and the lovely crispness is really nice. The colour is intensified too. In the past I've bought from "Honeyberry" "buy whole foods online" and a company who were called "the rotten fruit box" but have recently changed their name to "Diaita" There all sell a large range of freeze dried fruit some as slices, some as powders, and some as crumbs.
