I was looking at the Brother 800e and also the Janome 400e because of the larger hoop size. I ran across this machine yesterday while looking at others online. Searching videos and saw this one. I think this is the beginner machine for me. Thank you for this great tutorial.
Very good video, thanks for taking the time. I hope you're still enjoying embroidery! The lint-roller is such a good idea! Enjoyed your video very much. John (U.K.)
Thank you Sue! I completely enjoyed all tif bits and hints you shared! I am a new owner of the same Brother Embroidery Machine as you have. Because I purchased it during COVID Pandemic Time, no classes were provided. I am learning from wonderful people like you! I think your instructions are easy and your conversation with your viewer is so relaxed and engaging! I will join you often.
Thank you so much. I hope to get back to videos on my machine after I can get it to the shop for repairs. Thanks for watching and leaving your kind words.
This is a great tutorial! I live in northeastern Pennsylvania too and have purchased a Horn sewing cabinet from Pocono Sew and Vac and agree that they are great to do business with. I will consider an embroidery machine some time in the future. It looks like a fun expansion of my hobby! Thanks! 👏👍
I've been considering purchasing the Brother PE800, and had my set on purchasing it, until this video popped up. I've researched the stats on Brother machines and they've come out on top every time. Will be switching brands, without a doubt. I'm in love with this Brother SE1900, already. So glad I watched your entire demonstration. You've given me Lots to consider.
Thank you Susan. I am interested in beginning to embroider and also purchase the Brother Innov-is 1600E machine. I learned many lessons besides the applique' embroidering from you, esp. safety. Thank you for making and sharing your video.
I just purchased the NQ1600E. Haven't gotten to use it yet. Have ordered the sticky hoops and waiting for them to arrive. Exciting to see the machine and hoops in action
You are going to love your new machine. I was a bit scared when I first got it due to its size compared to my previous 4x4 but that went away very quickly after using it. You’ll love the sticky hoops. They are a game changer. Thanks for watching. Please let me know how they are once you give them a try.
I am thinking of upgrading from my 4x4 machine to this one. Thanks for the great demo. You mentioned your hairdresser wanting aprons--how else have you gotten business?
I see you are using 2 different scissors.. can I please have the name of them.. love your videos.. new subscriber., brought the new Brother Stellaire XE1 I hope I can use the designs on my machine
I loved the video-I have the same machine-just got it last month. I hunted for the appliqué quilt square you showed-can't find hem. Can you tel me the name of the package by Anita Good?
This was so helpful, thank you for doing this video! One question, I was told when I bought my machine that we shouldn't use adhesive anything because it gums up the machine requiring more frequent professional cleanings. Have you experienced this issue?
I’m new too....I can’t even down load free designs on my zip...but I figure that out...I would love to do your kitty...now...do the designs have to say appliqué. I order for my machine to do that
The Quaint Appliqué collection is made up of 10 different quilt blocks using embroidery and appliqué techniques - even using buttons as accents! This collection is part of the Mix and Match quilting collections so there are blocks of each size to fit right in with other quilt blocks. Thanks for watching....

If you have a machine with WiFi you can send it that way.
