I just wanted to say balanced diets are always a concern so please have a look at Dr. Judy Morgan online if you aren’t sure how to balance the meal according to a dogs proper diet as they are different from a humans needs just to make sure everything looks ok. Great question! We typically buy 80% lean/20% fat. The fat keeps the meat from being too dry, makes it more flavorful, and helps the protein to be digested better.
