    To lose weight get rid of all sugar , processed food , seed oil and refined carbohydrate. Eat this salad or any veg salad with protein and healthy fat like nuts seeds fatty fish avocados and protein and give body a rest for 16 hrs between lunch and dinner when no food but only water. Lose weight the healthy way.

      I mostly agree. Losing weight is a complex process that is influenced by many factors. It is very good to add physical activity to nutrition, especially effective strength training in any form.
      But what's wrong with seed oil?
