Thank you - I’ve been using this pencil for a long time but hadn’t figured out many of the techniques you demonstrate. This is my favorite marking tool and now I will enjoy using it even more.

Glad to help! It definitely is more expensive than other pencils, but so worth it - now you don't have to worry about the chemicals breaking down and damaging your fabric like some pencils do. Enjoy your sashiko patterns 😊
Pauline I googled Bohin pencils, and your name popped up with this video. I'm so glad I found this video. Because I'm wanting to do quilt as you go but add template designs. But was not sure if this pencil would iron out. When I applied the 505 spray that I have. Love your quilt as you go process I have made a couple of quilts using it. And have many of the items that you show in your videos. But I do not have the templates. That's going to be my next purchase.
