First off let’s put it out there, that dude snitched on his girlfriend saying she brung the gun to him. Secondly, dude did an interview saying him and BG wasn’t in contact while the situation was going on. The lawyer and BG told him 1-2 years because New Orleans is really soft when it come to the laws, so they told him what they knew because they thought they knew how the system was gonna do him because of how it normally is. Back in the g Ppl were beating murder charges in 24 hours in New Orleans. This is facts I’m speaking so look it up. When he found out how much time he was getting he backed out and thought they finessed him, but in actuality they didn’t. So since he didn’t like the number he heard and thought he was being played. If the initial plan was for you to take the charge, BG stuck to what they agreed on. All of that could’ve been fixed through a conversation.
This is a tricky one because BG did go in front of the grand jury and testify and that is snitching, however, If the fall guy hadnt turned into a little ho when it came time for him to do that time, we wouldn't be having the conversation; it would have just been a typical situation of having a fall guy and everyone sticking to the story.
