I was always a huge fan of Vans but ever since they dropped the Comfy Cush I have had difficulty justifying buying any other shoe. They have the iconic looks and they are very comfortable.
Before I had any Vans I was wearing normal sneakers but, when I got my first pair (National Geographic Eras) at the outlet store, I liked how they felt. So I kept buying more! I usually get my Vans from the outlet store or Plato’s closet for cheap, but my first brand new ones were from the Horror collection! The shining “REDRUM”. My favorites Edit: Vans has some great options for everyone! No wonder everyone has them.

I still own a first generation UltraRange 3d and that shoe was one of the most long lasting and comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The quality on these dropped a bit since the first gen but I literally wore that one for almost 3 years nearly every day, even in Winter.
Been rocking Vans for a while now. Lately I keep a pair of Chukkas black and gum in my rotation. Recently the side stripe was added to the model and looks fire
A cool thing about the reconstruct is that all the double-layered material can be removed to form a new design/style of the shoe. You can even cut the height and tongue down to make it fit more like a Skate mid or Half Cab
Love the Ultrarange EXOs! I've got a few pairs, but that's a sick colorway. Gotta go cop a pair now. Glad to see some "everyman" sneaker content. I feel like Vans don't get the cred in the sneakerhead world.

Vans KNU skool is my pick . They are based on a 1990s shoe vans used to make and they are set to re-release this year. They released a few collab versions in 2022 (Imran potato / Chris deaton and I love them. Great value for the price been wearing the Imrans almost every day .
the imran knu skools have been a staple in my loving for vans, they look super clean and they have a unique look, didnt expect anybody to know what the imran knu skools were lol.
The Sk8 Old Skools are also really good for dancing as well. I had a pair and it lasted 2.5 years. That’s with practicing and battling in them constant and consistently.
The comfycush has a very thin outsole and wont last, if you want a shoe that will last regardless if you skate or not I’d just recommend people buying from the SKATE collection, they’re better made and are more comfortable.
My feet are getting old and as much as I like my Vans old skool I need to start getting something more supportive. Have had a few pairs of MTE Hi and ultra range boots and they are super good value. My fave pair of low shoes right now are the Filmore. Same classic look but with a bit more padding and insulation for the colder months. Enjoyed this video and I might go make a video of my collection now.
My favorite shoe was the VANS slip on EXP, they’re the Skating Slip-Ons with the strap and rubber toecap. Super comfortable & super stylish, I’ve never worn a shoe that felt like those and I wonder why they got rid of them they’re definitely the most unique skating shoes they have ever made.

Yeah, I've got some good Old Skools in charcoal, they were not the most comfortable before I put some new insoles in (pain in the ass thanks to glue, but didn't damage anything thankfully), which made it much more comfortable. Currently my favorite Vans, but I am also beginning to like the Sk8-Mids, since I am getting into skateboarding and stuff.
Ok so I don’t skate…..I love my Half Cab Pro’s. Other than needing to break them in for a few days (which i did walking around the house with them), they are mad comfortable. The pro model are defunct now so I have no idea how the new model holds up.

I got an authentic model a couple years ago and when I first wore them, my pinky toes hurt a little with small blisters on the side and heel skins peeled off...After a month of breaking in, I felt comfortable with them and no longer felt hurt or had wound on my heels...Now I just got a ski8 low previous and when I put them on, I experience the same thing....Does this happen to everyone whenever you put on a new pair?

Treks are slippery as hell on mossy and/or wet river rocks. I learned that the hard way.
What you called the “Skate Highs” used to be known as “High Power Hightops” back in the day. They only came in three colors I believe.

This happens when shoes are too narrow and/or sized too small. Get a shoe that is built more wide, like Nike dunks which have a more generous toebox
