    Well, I've ordered a Skoda Enyaq 85X Sportline in Jan 24. All the gadgets I need. Even longer range. I looked at everything in the price range, and it still holds up 3 years after this video.

      We're about to go look at the 85x sportline coupe and the ioniq 5 AWD ultimate tech, will order after test driving both, i think the enyaq interior is much better and looks sportier on the exterior but theres just something i love about the ioniq 5.
      Cant wait to try them, howlong is your wait for a 85x ?

    • @niptodstan

      @martiangod I ordered late December and I'll get it in June. On the car. I test drove it and I was surprised how quiet it was. The ionic 6 seems to be a better car. But its more money.

      @@niptodstan thanks for the reply, i did look at the ioniq 6 but the boot is no good for us as its a saloon and we go camping and pack it to the roof which isn't possible on the ioniq 6.
      I appreciate the help 👍

    With the 3.2 update to the Enyaq software charging speed has incresed to 175KwH.. So that puts it even further ahead of the others. Gotta love that car.

    The UX was just adding numbers and had no chance in anyway, other than possibly the best ride comfort.
    The XC40's interior is just fine albeit showing its age.
    The Ioniq is a massive and practical car, looks are subjective and I can tolerate some angles and design quirks.
    The Enyaq just knocks everything out' the park and I can forgive the small speedo display and protruding infotainment screen.Overall a better car in this company.

    • @niptodstan
      @niptodstan 11 месяцев назад +1

      I trust drove the Skoda and ordered one. The big screen doesn't block your view in any way. The small screen isn't a problem it's big enough for what it has to do. Even bigger range now too

      And for the booth space...In the ioniq 5 I can also put the backrest from the seats behind nearly vertical for extra boot space. (May be that's onlyt in the lounge version or limited editions as my project 45.)

      When do you ever need that? After a 3 hours drive I want my rest for myself....the ioniq 5 is charged up to 80% (quite often even 90 %) before I'm ready for the next stint myseld.
      For daily use the car is charged at home overnight and has enough capacity / range for the day so no waiting time ever for charging except that one or 2 longer travels a year. (But you need to refill you're car every week somewhere else spilling time assuming the same amount of miles we make in a year)

    If they are going to do reviews of EV cars they should go around the country showing people all the shit hole supermarket car parks and grim road side services they will have to sit in while their life drains away. They can show people people how hardly any chargers are undercover and how much fun it is trying to plug them in with rain water pissing down the back of your neck.

      @ADYDRURY1234 5 месяцев назад

      @rogerphelps9939 yet all across the country right now sad bastards are being forced by their slow charging short ranged heaps of crap into shit hole carparks.
      I pass a grim serve not far from me and there are always loads of ev owners stuck in that dump of a place, just sitting there staring out the windows, looking miserable as fuck waiting to die.
      Grubby supermarket carparks, around the back of mc donalds next to the bins, scummy industrial estates in the arse end of nowhere sitting a bloody tin box wiaitng and waiting and waiting and waiting.
      For anything other than short journeys charging from home they are laughably pathetic and I am saying that as someone who makes money out them.
