The fact that he went to rehab is indicative of a prior addiction. Possessing a gun WHILE ADDICTED to a drug is a crime.
Which, to me, is unfair as a crime because it basically criminalizes having a medical affliction regardless of how responsible you may otherwise be as a gun owner.
You can't possess a firearm (especially carrying concealed) while "under the influence" (and thus alcohol is included) in my state.
stupid law
So its ok for drunks to have guns, just not anyone else. Gg
The funny thing is a lot of republicans are complaining that this conviction is a coverup to get him and joe out of other bogus charges, even when they get a win they still have to be victims lmao
Count 4 is keeping it real. Count 5 is letting his nuts hang.
Count six having a dong that creates envy
The woke right is trying to cancel him 😂
Those SJW right wingers wanna take away his gun. THEY WANNA GO AFTER YOUR GUN.
The butt bots have already arrived, at least they're pro Palestine
The profile pictures are all asses 😂
Based booty bot
Launching fireworks at an expensive car as a Fourth of July bit in the name of trying to make a RUclips video for profit is literally the most American thing I can think of.
The guy that who did a video with the fireworkss got arrested for being to American
20:03, so filming a scene on a lifeless mudflat is considered "risky" and worth ruining someone's life?
I thought he was dishonorable discharged from the military for drug charge
FAKE NEWS
Not dishonorably discharged, but _administratively dismissed_ at the end of the application process after one of his drug tests came back positive. From a civilian perspective the difference pretty much boils down to "the discharge was before entering service", but from a military and juridical perspective the difference is huge:
A _dishonorable discharge_ requires egregious and criminal breach of conduct like assaulting an officer, deliberately endangering civilians, theft/destruction/dealing of government hardware, leaking of classified materials, etc.
An _administrative dismissal_ meanwhile is basically being fired or rejected from the military, so still not great to have on your record, but given for far more mundane things like gross incompetence, unapproved absence, being under the influence while on duty, decorating munitions without approval (I'm not kidding), and so on. Basically, if it'd get you fired from a normal civilian job but isn't illegal, it's in this category.
Last time I went to the range, I got stoned first. My accuracy was so perfect.
Love from a HunterAvalone and Vaush fan!
Anyone else thinking mtg is hoping for a conjugal visit while hunter is in prison?
Alot of Republican actually don't think this case should have beouy
The woke right took his penlz
Comment for talk with critikal no.61
Eagle holding a baseball RAHHHHH
ouch ouch , I am coaxed into sipping " bone hurting juice ".
A law that stems from the war on drugs has tagged the son of one of voters for that infamous 90s ommibus bill.
Cruel irony
At least the law is getting people who usually skirt it.
Free my man when.
