I just had an eye operation and I need to keep my head facing down for 50mins every hour, for 7 whole days. But it seems such a waste of time! Living Felt has saved me. I have been binging on your videos for the last 4 days, watching them through the glass top of my table, one eye closed (in an eyepatch like a pirate). Love them all. I’m always specially looking forward to the joke at the start of the wooly Wednesdays. Missed the live stream because miscalculated the time difference. Next time maybe.
That sounds like a real challenge, but you have such MOXIE to make the best of it. Thank you for spending time with us! We send you our best wishes for a speedy recovery❤💕
Thank you Marie and Holly for the Great ideas for ornaments, I make them for the Families gifts each year, and I did not know what to make this year. Well now I know what I am going to do. I make around 32 each year and these will be GREAT. They are adorable!
Another great project….thanks for sharing! I especially like the mittens so will be trying those first. In fact I might do this with my mom and nieces when we get together for Thanksgiving.
Hello from Maryland! I’m so glad I found this channel! Your tutorials are amazing. I’ve been watching for a few weeks now. . . perhaps some binge watching. 😉 I just love everything about hour videos. Hoping to catch you love one day.
NEW HERE! Super excited to find a tribe with like minded interests. I FEEL SUPER LUCKY AND MORE THAN HAPPY THAT I CAME ACCROSS THIS VIDEO JUST NOW!!! I just started needle felting yesterday! And have been looking for a Christmas project! 🎄 So excited to do this with you guys! However I will admit my sweater might end up coming out as an "ugly sweater contestant" since im so new. BUT HEY, IT FITS WITH CHRISTMAS!! So I'll just LIE and say thats exactly what I was aiming for. 🤣🤣
I just love how you and the fairies got into the holiday spirit in your sweaters. I sat down for the replay after work. Happy to see you and Holly on the WW. Thank you!
Had so much fun! I am horrible at free forming shapes. I am going to try to use a piece of paper with a heart cut out. Thank you for such cute ideas for the holidays!!
can seldom make the lives anymore (work) but really look forward to watching the replay! Love the mittens, such a cute idea with endless possibilities!
Thank you for all your wonderful tutorials. I made 3 barn owl ornaments following one of your tutorials and they are on my tree right now. I started my Christmas decorating super early this year. Big hugs.
Oh Boy!!! Christmas is coming!! These are such cute ornaments that I had to order the kit!! Love them all!! The Faries were so cute and festive today and Marie, I love your Sweater with the Llama!!! Love spending this time with you all every Wednesday Possible!! 🌲🌲🌲💓💓💓💓💓
So sad I had to miss this Wooly Wednesday but crafting with my mother is a great reason! These are adorable clothes and mittens! Thank you for these ornament ideas 🥰
What a beautiful way to bring in the holiday spirit with such cute Christmas ornaments for so many uses! These are so cleverly made and you give us all the techniques to take us in any direction! Thank you all! Also love your incredible llama sweater! Cheers!
Loved these fun little felties, thank you Hollie, had to rewind the live because I forgot the clocks went back here in Bavaria Germany. See you all in 2 weeks x
So many cute and quick items! Got my creative juices flowing for other ideas! Snowmen, santas boots, christmas tree, presents, ornaments, stars, snowflakes, wreath, bell, gingerbread man, candy cane and star! I used the pin idea for stripes on my easter eggs. Great tip. Interesting info on using merino top. Last year I tried to make 3 D reindeer heads using merino top, It was really hard to needle felt! Glad it was not just me! Wondering how Holly made such a nice join between the sleeves and the body of the sweater. Also, can one use coriadel intead of the mc? Nice to see Holly again!
Thanks, Barbara! NZ corriedale will work...but better if you mix up the direction to make a mini batt and consider cutting it because it is such a long staple for these tiny shapes.
How fun! Love them, so cute! So sorry to miss the Live ♥️💚♥️ Dianne Bettis, Australia xxx Edit: Marie, I need your sweater with the llama (alpaca)!! 😁👍🏻
Cute ornaments! I am going to try this with some of my cookie cutters for the shapes.
Love love love the tags. You could felt names on the backing before it is glued on.
Great idea!

Best takeaway: put the wool on like wallpaper. Also starting with the center letter.

@@LivingFelt awesome
Lovely idea. What size are the finished mits?
approx 2inches
One more thing. In Canada, we call the beanies toques, pronounced tooks. lol
nice to know...thank you!
I forgot to ask if you felted the llama on ypur sweater , marie?..it's cute
She did not :)
Could not make the live version
Here now !
Hiya everyone
What scissors do you recommend? Mine are so clunky
For tiny thing in felt, fiber or fabric try FISKARS #5 SHARP tip or point ... something like that
What are you guys needle felting into? Is that just your table??
I am making mittens garland
What is the best needle to use forvlettering, I am having so much trouble..tia:)
Overall it depends on your fabric and fiber, but try a fine needle 40 triangle or 42 triangle.
Sorry it’s November so I’m in turkey sweater
😅
A shame not overhead camera
We fixed it and stepped back. All is shown
Thank you for these classes!
