- Clostridioides difficile (also known as Clostridium difficile or C. diff) is an infection caused by a type
of bacteria that make substances (toxins) that harm the gut. C. diff most often occurs in people who are on antibiotics or have been taking them recently. It is also common in patients who have been in a hospital or long-term care facility for some time. People ages 65 and older are at increased risk, as well.

They never ever tell you that if you have cdiff that it is absolutely NECESSARY to clean your bathroom and frequently touched hard surfaces with BLEACH! Lysol will not kill it! Bleach every inch of your toilet, floor, sink, bathtub, vanity and bleach all towels and bath cloths that come in contact with your private parts after use! Some people buy white towels to bleach and reuse during times of infection if all they have are colorful towels. Take up the bath mat and wash the shower curtain innhot soapy water. If water runs off your private areas, it still spreads the bacteria even after washing those areas well. Bleach tablets in the toilet tank. I had it and sprayed the toilet with bleach and hot water mixed every time I used the restroom. CLOSE the lid when you flush to prevent fecal material from aerating and spraying microparticles all over the bathroom. Once the toilet stops, lift the lid and spray all of the toilet with bleach. Spray the shower down after each shower.
Bro wrote a whole paragraph for this
I’m 16 and I had this about 3 weeks ago. They said for my age and how healthy I am that my case was rare. I had 21 pounds of fluid. I’m healed now, still on antibiotics right now, but healed
@Animichus Tell me, i am so sure that now you are suffering again of digestive or other symptoms.
I’m 16 and had to be hospitalized for about a week before that I was stead in and out. I switched hospitals and got on antibiotics after couple weeks later I relapsed and had to go on another round...now I’m relapsing again I don’t know how I keep getting it but I never want to be as bad as I was ever again. I lost over 10 pounds.

i had it, got healed, and it just came back
@@admiredgsu1217 yeah I hate having to be extra careful around stomach sicknesses. I always get afraid if it’s about to happen again but not yet thankfully. Hopefully never again
Thanks for explaining this!
Thanks
"Work closely with your provider to start another antibiotics course and feeling worse"
This is the fourth time I’ve had it. It gets more painful each time. I know it’s due to stress over years. There is something else going on. I’ve tried everything under the sun
It feels like battery acid in gut along with what I feel a tapeworm would be
@@mysticalvibe4241 i could recommend you a paleo - keto diet but if you have already tried them, there is only another option: have you ever tried the carnivore diet? Give a chance to this diet, it works so good on clostridium difficile infection, Mikhalia Peterson, Rebekah Farmer have done a video about how they get rid of C. Diff with a carnivore diet. You must stay in ketosis with a carnivore diet, you must inform better about this diet. Try to eat only meat and fish, no preservatives, no carbs, no sugar, no chemicals, no spices, no vegetables, nothing of these, eat only real natural cut of meat and whole wild caught fish. Beef, lamb, goat, elk, bison, boar, pork, chicken, turkey, duck, bone broth, organ meats, salmon, mackerel, cod, tuna, sardines, octopus, crab, lobster, shrimp, mussels, oyster any kind of shellfish amd seafood, also eat eggs if you tolerate them. Add extra fats like lard, tallow. Eat raw grass fed dairy if you tolerate them, they should be raw grass fed because only this kind contain the Lactoferrin and high quality fat soluble vitamins that help to fight C. Diff infection, they are easier to digest, contain enzymes, probiotocs, bacteria so try to make homemade yogurt from a good quality grass fed raw milk or kefir, try cheeses that are from raw grass fed farmer, try a cup of raw milk at day, only a cup because not to much because you need to stay in ketosis, also butter that is rich in buturyc acid that nourish your gut. If you don't tolerate dairy, absolutely no problem, stick on meat, fish, tallow, lard. Take absolutely direct sunlight because of vitamin D and add also a supplement of vitamin D, it help the recovery of good bacteria in gut. The is what i recommended to you.
P. S.: looks extreme but help A LOT. If you are not ready to try this kind of diet, tell me that i would recommend a more soft paleo/keto. But i repeat if you have already tried them, carnivore is the last powerful solution.
Wow I just saw the reply because phone on charger. No I haven’t heard of that but thank you I’ll look it up. Will it help even if I currently have cdiff
And no I haven’t tried either diet. I also went to an investigative disease Dr or autoimmune and she says my ebstein Barr has flared up. I had Mono when I was in high school but I guess it can flare up also. I’ll try anything at this point because the pain fatigue bathroom etc takes a toll. Thank you
Yogurt and kimchi never looked so good after this vid
Stay away from yogurt. It has a high content of sugar and calcium, which feeds Cdiff spores. Get on Florastor probiotics as soon as you can.
@@69mwagner I mean like eat it before you catch it
They did a Southpark episode about a poop transplant. I thought it was a joke. NOT
C diff is horrible. I know this from experience

I think I have c-diff
Hello. I understand how you feel. Allow me to suggest something for you. It's call Fecal Matter Transplant.
I also recommend you look up a book called The Other Dark Matter explaining the great medical benefits of Fecal Matter Transplant. I wish you the best of luck.

it is also contagious, so be wary of other people living with you. Make sure you wipe down everything you have touched to not spread it to others.
